Q1. 컨퍼런스에 등록했는데 다음 단계는 무엇인가요?

컨퍼런스 등록은 참가비를 전액 결제해야 최종 완료됩니다. 아직 결제를 완료하지 않았다면, 메일로 안내받은 계좌로 결제를 진행해주세요.
결제가 완료되면(또는 이미 완료한 경우), 곧 국가 및 시뮬레이션 배정을 받게 됩니다.
국가 배정이 완료되면 MyMUN을 통해 이메일 알림이 발송되며, 이후 시뮬레이션 준비를 시작할 수 있습니다.

Q2. 국가 배정은 어떻게 이루어지나요? 국가 변경이 가능한가요?

WIMUN은 다양한 요소를 고려하여 매우 구체적인 국가 배정 절차를 따릅니다.
각 시뮬레이션의 국가는 논의되는 주제에 대한 중요성과 참여도를 기반으로 선정되며, 모든 국가는 해당 주제에 대해 유엔에서 실제로 연설하는 국가들입니다. 

따라서 배정된 국가에 대한 정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 있으며, 모든 국가가 중요한 역할을 합니다. 모의유엔의 가장 큰 의미는 새로운 시각을 얻는 것입니다. 

익숙하지 않은 국가나 주제가 배정되었다면, 이는 그 국가와 주제에 대해 배울 수 있는 좋은 기회입니다. 이를 통해 참가자들은 세계 시민으로서의 역량을 키울 수 있습니다.
또한, 국가 배정은 대표단 또는 개인 대표로 지원했는지, 참가비 납부 시기 등 다양한 요소를 고려하여 이루어지므로 배정된 국가는 변경할 수 없습니다.

Q3. 환불을 받을 수 있나요?

시기에 따른 환불 규정 및 금액은 Terms & Conditions에서 구체적으로 확인하실 수 있습니다.
환불 절차는 환불 규정을 숙지하신 후, 담당자에게 상담을 요청해주시기 바랍니다.
상담 후 환불 신청서를 작성하고 제출하시면, 검토 후 환불이 완료됩니다.
다만, Program Fee(40만원)는 환불 불가합니다.
